Help for how to use the Shop
Shopping in our store is a lot like shopping in a physical store. You can either shop with a certain product in mind or look through general categories to see what is available. Click on the category of your choice and you will be taken to a page that will tell you how many items are in that category. Each item is shown with a thumbnail image, product description and a way for you to order that item/product. If you'd like to see an enlargement of the product click on the thumbnail image to pop-up an enlarged view. To return to a previous page, simply click on the Back Button/Arrow or click on the Home Page button to begin again. Continue shopping through as many categories as you like.
Another way to locate a specific product or item is to use the Search button. Type either a word or a product number into the space available and press the Search button. The item or items that correspond to your request will be returned to you as a thumbnail picture, product description and a way to order the product. Please know that if you are typing in a word, the computer will look for that word in both the product title and the product description, so you may get more products than you wanted. The search parameters are not restricted so that you will get a wider selection based upon your initial inquiry. When typing the search criteria, it is best to use the singular form of the word and if you don't find that for which you are looking, you can try again using another form of the word or another word that relates to that category. You may search as many times or in as many ways as you want.
There are two ways to order a product, online or by phone. Online, you can click the button "Order" below the description. This adds the product to your shopping cart and you will be able to review those items before you check-out (or complete your purchase). If the product comes in a variety of colors or sizes or product combinations, there will be a pull-down menu above the "Order" button. You will need to make your selection before hitting the Order button. If you'd like to order more than one simply change the quantity (left of the "Order" Button") to as many as you would like.

When you have finished shopping, you can then proceed to the "Checkout" page. You can access the "Checkout" from the "Shopping Cart" page which you will see after each product you order or you can access it from the "Cart" button on the top of the screen. You can also proceed directly to "Checkout" by clicking that button on the top of the screen.
To begin the "Checkout", you will have to log in. We have tried to keep the "log in" as simple as possible. Please know that the information is used only for purposes of our business and we do not sell or use the information in any other way. Once you fill in the registration request, you will only have to enter your User Name and Password for future purchases. Once you have filled in the information, please click on the "Register" button at the bottom of the page. Having logged in, you will be taken to a page that shows your order and the details of the billing information. At this point, you can add another address for shipping. When you have checked over the detail page and have entered your shipping information (if different from your billing address), click the "Next" button which will take you to a new page where you can select a shipping method and a shipping address type. Once you have filled in the information, please click on the "Next" button and you will be taken to a page where you can see your order, tax, shipping costs, select various payment methods and enter your comments. After entering the required information on this page please click on the "Complete Order" button to complete your order.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and checks (for mail orders where a quote was requested by phone). Please make the selection of which card you are planning to use from the drop down menu. You will then need to fill in the Card User's name, the card number and the expiration date by month and year. All payment information is processed on a secure server, recorded, then processed. When you have completed the information, click on the "Complete Order" button. You will then see a page that confirms the information you entered and it can be printed as a manual record of your order. Your order will be processed and sent upon verification of your payment.
Once your order has been completed, you can review the order on the "Order Information" page. Once you have logged onto the site again, you will notice at the top of the screen a "My Account" button. Click on it and you will see a page with the headlines, "Order Information", "Account Information" and "Shipping Information".
In the "Order Information" section, there is a box that lists all of your orders. Select the order you wish to view and click the "view" button. The detail for that order will come up, including the order information, customer information, purchase information and payment information. You can view one or all of your orders anytime.
In the "Account Information" section, you can update your password or your billing information. In the "Shipping Information" section, you can add or maintain your shipping addresses. Both of these sections are here for your convenience and we encourage you to keep them up-to-date in order to make the processing of your orders as quick and efficient as possible.
